Song Meaning
"Mystagogia" enters the period when the mysteries already received are unfolded through teaching. Ambrose explained baptism and the Eucharist to the newly initiated after they had experienced the rites, helping them recognize the spiritual meaning hidden within visible actions. The track mirrors that process. A fragment appears, withdraws, and returns with fuller harmony until what seemed obscure begins to form a complete theme. Augustine's conversion joined faith and understanding rather than setting them against each other. He did not stop seeking truth after baptism; his search was redirected within a life of worship, Scripture, and grace. The music therefore moves from memory toward illumination. Mystagogy is not the disclosure of a secret for the curious. It is the slow recognition that water, oil, light, bread, and cup have carried a meaning the heart is only beginning to understand.
