I like to imagine that Augustine worked on various projects at once thinking in the present, forward and back as he considered God, himself and reality. So this evening I have a bit of a way ahead preview. A spur of the moment draft I made that I have been enjoying.
Here is a full ALIVE show for Augustine’s work known as On the Morals of the Catholic Church. Be advised this is a draft!
My sparky protestant side likes to call it On the Morals of the Good and True Church but that’s mostly cause I have a bit of baggage admittedly such that the word catholic can drudge up some ideas more modern than ancient. It’s a good reminder to me though that Christ’s Church is maturing and growing. “Until we all attain” so to say. We don’t always live or think as we should. Let’s all be a bit more humble and remember to live . . .
